May 2026 — Paris-Saclay, France
Glyx Therapeutics has joined Spartners by Servier & BioLabs, the biotech incubator located on Servier’s research site in Paris-Saclay (Gif-sur-Yvette), where it has a lab bench and a workstation. BioLabs France welcomed Glyx as one of its newest members, highlighting its research-driven mindset and its commitment to advancing science for meaningful outcomes.
What is Spartners?
Spartners is a co-working shared laboratory and office space created by Servier and operated by BioLabs, an independent shared-laboratory operator with an international network in key biotechnology clusters. Officially inaugurated on June 11, 2025, the 1,850 m² space hosts healthcare start-ups and is designed to let more than 100 scientists work on their R&D. Hosted companies remain fully independent and keep control of their activity and confidentiality.
What it brings to Glyx
- Laboratory and facilities: access to shared, fully permitted BSL2 laboratories (tissue culture, PCR, bioengineering, microscopy) and to meeting and community spaces
- Operational support: technical support, environment, health and safety support and training, waste and chemical management, and help with the administrative authorizations required for projects involving GMOs or human specimens
- Purchasing: a confidential procurement platform and marketplace for consumables and equipment
- Servier’s expert mentoring: Glyx applied for and obtained expert mentoring from Servier, in addition to the in-kind support Servier offers to hosted companies, from discussions with its experts to more involved collaborations on specific experiments
- Ecosystem: proximity with Servier’s teams and with the other start-ups of the site, in the heart of the Paris-Saclay life-science cluster
Why it matters for Glyx
As Glyx Therapeutics develops its oral small molecule, an anionic lipidic oligosaccharide targeting Alzheimer’s disease and tauopathies, Spartners gives its teams a high-level scientific and industrial environment, close to Servier’s research, to advance preclinical work.
We thank Servier and BioLabs France for their welcome and for the expert mentoring granted to our team.
