An innovative molecule set to reshape the future of the brain

September 2026 — Amiens, France

Glyx Therapeutics has been selected as a finalist of the i-Lab 2026 innovation competition, which supports the creation of deeptech companies from public research results and is backed by the France 2030 programme.

Recognition for an early-stage biotech

Created in December 2025, Glyx Therapeutics is developing a small molecule, administered orally, designed to cross the blood-brain barrier and target Alzheimer’s disease and tauopathies. Being named among the finalists, only a few months after its creation, recognizes the strength of the science behind the project.

A project rooted in academic research

The GLYXTX project builds on the work of the Laboratory of Glycochemistry and Agroresources of Amiens (LG2A), and the Université de Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV) highlighted it among the three research-related projects distinguished in this edition of the competition.

We thank the i-Lab experts for this recognition, and the teams of Eurasanté, innov’a, SATT Nord, the Clubster NSL, Hodéfi and Bpifrance for their support.
